Summer camp is the perfect chance for kids to unplug and take a break from technology! To support this, we ask that campers leave their devices at home. This allows them to fully focus on God’s Word, build meaningful relationships with counselors and fellow campers, enjoy time outdoors with exciting courses and activities, and experience a completely phone-free week of fun and growth.
Lost items are held for two weeks. If an item is requested, it will be returned after we verify ownership and receive payment for shipping.
Each cabin is divided into two sides, with each side accommodating anywhere from 11 to 16 campers plus a counselor. The two sides are connected by a shared bathroom area that includes showers and private restroom stalls.
Yes! Campers may request up to two cabin mates. During the registration process, there will be a section where you can list your camper’s cabin mate requests.
Yes! Campers will have plenty of opportunities throughout the week to visit our Trading Post for milkshakes, drinks, snacks, and camp merchandise. They can also stop by the Sawmill Coffee Shop to enjoy coffee and specialty sodas.
That’s totally up to you! Snacks and drinks at the Trading Post typically range from $1–$5, while coffees and sodas at the Sawmill are usually $4–$5. Camp merch, including shirts, hats, and hoodies, generally ranges from $25–$35.
Cash: Campers may bring cash to deposit at the beginning of the week. For security reasons, campers do not carry cash during camp. Any unused funds will be returned at the end of the week, or campers may choose to donate the remaining balance to the camp.
Card: Parents can add funds to their camper’s account through their camp account portal. Additional money can be added at any time during the week if the balance runs low. Any unused funds will be returned to the card used, or campers may choose to donate the remaining balance to the camp.
Timber Ridge is a ministry of Grace Baptist Church in Woodstock, Virginia. Grace Baptist Church is an Independent Fundamental Baptist church that believes the King James Bible is the inspired Word of God.
