We recommend that parents avoid contacting their camper unless it's an emergency. In our experience, campers tend to struggle more with homesickness when they receive calls from home.

To help ensure a safe environment for all campers, our program is run by fully trained and background-checked staff who handle supervision and care. Because of this policy, we’re not able to accommodate parents staying during camp. We’ve also found that when parents are present, campers often have a harder time fully engaging in activities and staying with their counselor and cabin.
